Staff seem to understand residents' individual needs and are able to cater for them. They have been exceptionally attentive, concerned and caring whilst she has been ill and I have found their concern very moving. It is reassuring for us as a family to know that she is in good hands here.
Windlesham Manor is an amazing property, with fabulous gardens. The team are absolute gems and I feel very lucky that my Mum lives there, where she is cared for to an exceptional standard
